Sephora Assistant Store Manager

- Support store operations and ensure exceptional client experiences while driving sales and profitability.
- Lead, coach, and inspire the team to exceed performance goals and foster growth and accountability.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new talent, building a diverse and inclusive team.
- Conduct impactful performance appraisals and provide real-time feedback and mentorship.

Proven track record in retail management, particularly in high-volume environments, with a focus on team leadership and client satisfaction.
The annual base salary range for this position is $61,400.00 - $71,488.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
