Sephora Assistant Store Manager

- Support the Store Manager in leading the team to deliver an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Utilize data to inform operational decisions and develop strategies for business growth in collaboration with the Store Manager and District Manager.
- Drive a sales-focused culture to meet key performance indicators and promote Sephora's values.
- Enhance team performance and capability to foster internal talent development.
- Implement continuous improvement practices and energize the team to provide first-class customer service.
- Manage store operations including brand events, training, and visual merchandising to maintain store standards.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail/store line management.
- Previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and business management skills.
- Hands-on leadership with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
- Ability to attract, identify, and inspire talented employees.
- Excellent emotional intelligence and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and during peak trading times.
A minimum of 3 years in retail or store line management, preferably with experience in a big box retailer or multi-site environment.
