1. Manage, develop, and coach the store team, including conducting employee appraisals.
2. Act as a role model by embodying the Sephora Attitude and transmitting the Sephora DNA.
3. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, ensuring year-on-year sales growth.
4. Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain a customer-focused team.
5. Update visual merchandising and implement updates and animations.
6. Analyze key sales figures and develop sales activities accordingly.
7. Oversee merchandise management, including receipt, storage, write-offs, returns, and tester management.
8. Ensure proper opening and closing of the store, including cash register reconciliation.
9. Deputize for the Store Manager during absences.

1. Minimum 3-4 years of retail experience, preferably in the beauty sector.
2. Previous management and team leadership experience with an empathetic management style.

3. Strong hands-on mentality and floor presence.
4. Basic knowledge of SAP and Excel.
5. Proficiency in English and the native language of the country.

A minimum of 3-4 years in retail, with a preference for experience in the beauty sector, and previous management and leadership experience.

A salary adapted to the market with a monthly bonus based on sales targets.
