1. 2-3+ years' experience in retail/store line management.
2. Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail.
3. Previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience.
4. Strong organizational, analytical, and business management skills.
5. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.

$69,680 base + Commission + Bonus + Super
