- Develop and own the Mainland China retail training strategy and annual learning plan in close partnership with retail operations to address frontline business priorities.
- Lead end-to-end program management: conduct needs analysis, design curricula and workshops, execute rollouts in-store and in-office, and measure post-training impact.
- Design and deliver targeted learning solutions across the leadership pipeline (Store Managers, District Managers, Operation Management Trainees) to elevate managerial capability and store performance.
- Localize and continuously improve retail and leadership content for SEPHORA University to ensure cultural relevance and learning excellence in China.
- Build and sustain strong cross-functional partnerships with Business Heads, Retail Leaders and office teams to ensure training initiatives are business‑relevant and supported.
- Plan and manage assigned training projects and budgets, provide regular stakeholder updates, and track return on investment and business outcomes.
- Capture and disseminate retail best practices across Mainland China stores to foster peer learning and continuous improvement.
- Ensure product knowledge and learning experiences are engaging, practical and tailored to Beauty Advisors and store teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Learning & Development with at least 1 year in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Proven experience managing the full training lifecycle: needs diagnosis, content development, rollout execution and evaluation.
- Strong facilitation, coaching and presentation skills with the ability to engage learners at all levels.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, particularly with senior retail leaders and field teams.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Demonstrated passion for people development, ownership mentality and commercial acumen; retail or luxury industry experience strongly preferred.

At least 3 years of hands-on Learning & Development experience, including a minimum of 1 year in a managerial role; proven track record in retail or luxury L&D preferred.
