1. Participate in the launch of innovative digital projects, including needs analysis and business case development.
2. Create project plans encompassing roadmap, budget, and organizational structure.
3. Engage actively in meetings with internal and external stakeholders to initiate projects.
4. Implement Test & Learn phases, including Proof of Concept launches and KPI analysis.
5. Monitor trends and innovations in the retail and beauty sectors.
6. Conduct thematic studies aligned with the company's strategic plan.
7. Assist in the deployment of gift card sales across Europe, ensuring smooth operations and stakeholder engagement.
8. Analyze sales data and collaborate with business teams to enhance performance.
9. Ensure the establishment of processes for optimal user experience and internal control.
10. Collaborate with the Product team to define business needs and gather user feedback.

1. Student in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business or Engineering.
2. Curious, autonomous, and proactive mindset.
3. Strong affinity for data analysis.
4. Excellent interpersonal and adaptability skills.
5. Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
