Sephora Assistant Planner/Buyer Intern

- Assist the Planner/Buyer in managing the launch phase of new products, including both hard and soft launches.
- Establish production schedules and timelines based on supplier capacities for catalog items, launches, samples, and one-off products.
- Deploy and ensure the reliability of database parameters such as nomenclatures, supply parameters, and substitution dates.
- Support weekly management of the product catalog, including tracking supplier delays and analyzing impacts to implement action plans.
- Secure information from subcontractors regarding timing and quantities for communication to the Supply Planning team.
- Manage supplier issues during warehouse receptions and challenge suppliers as necessary.
- Develop knowledge of subcontractors and their production tools.
- Assist in managing product end-of-life by placing final supplier orders to secure last sales while minimizing obsolescence risks.
- Monitor stock levels and coverage, obsolescence, and depreciation, and ensure On Time/In Full (OTIF) performance.
- Contribute to the implementation of SAP4 and track Anaplan developments.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field with a specialization in Supply Chain.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Interest in IT tools such as Power BI, Macro, Query, SAP.

A first experience within a Supply Chain environment is advantageous.
Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Business, Engineering, or a related field with a specialization in Supply Chain.
