Sephora Assistant Marketing Operations Manager

- Execute and optimize established operations processes, including managing workflows in Smartsheet and Monday.com.
- Provide regular maintenance of reports and dashboards to enable accurate visibility for operations and cross-functional partners.
- Lead the product comps process by managing monthly comp requests and tracking to support successful receivals across photo and video shoots.
- Collaborate with Operational Excellence, Merchants, Category Marketing, Distribution Centers, and Studio Operations.
- Support contractor and agency management programs, acting as the Fieldglass systems point of contact.
- Serve as the main operational contact for the centralized Master Project List, managing day-to-day data entry and supporting migration into workflow tools.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of marketing experience in an Operations role.
- 2+ years of experience with vendor management and procurement processes.
- Subject matter expertise with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, linking sheets) and Smartsheet.
- Experience with Fieldglass, Monday.com, Ironclad, and Zip is a plus.
- Strong collaboration skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and jump into projects mid-flight while being extremely organized and detail-oriented.
3+ years of marketing experience in an Operations role with fundamental knowledge of marketing print and digital assets.
Bachelor's degree
The annual base salary range for this position is $89,335.00 - $96,000.00. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
