1. Define UX strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics aligned with business objectives.
2. Lead and oversee end-to-end product design initiatives across multiple workstreams.
3. Provide design leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level designers.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver user-centered solutions.
5. Plan and lead user research and usability testing efforts.
6. Influence product direction by presenting design strategies and data-backed recommendations.
7. Ensure design excellence using Figma and setting best practices for components and prototyping.
8. Contribute to the evolution of Sephora’s Design System.
9. Advocate for user needs while balancing commercial objectives and technical constraints.
10. Drive continuous improvement of UX processes and standards.

1. 6+ years of professional experience in UX Design or Product Design.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).

1. Strong multi-platform design expertise across iOS, Android, and Web.
2. Advanced proficiency in Figma.
3. Deep understanding of UX research methodologies and accessibility standards.
4. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Minimum of 6 years in UX Design, Product Design, or a related role, with leadership experience on complex projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
