Sephora Assistant Manager, Supply Planning

- Drive and manage the Open-to-Buy process to meet inventory targets.
- Oversee the entire purchase order lifecycle from creation to delivery.
- Assess supplier performance and participate in S&OP meetings.
- Manage risks related to slow-moving or discontinued products.
- Communicate delays, shortages, and potential interruptions to internal stakeholders.
- Monitor inventory holding and align with purchasing plans and Open-to-Buy budget.
- Collaborate with demand planners to ensure purchases support forecasts.
- Review stock holding and initiate RTV discussions with brands regularly.
- Highlight key risks and issues to support visibility for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with vendors on KPI improvements.
- Maintain and update supply planning parameters.
- Ensure data accuracy for smooth planning and replenishment processes.
- Monitor RPO and Newness POs from creation to arrival.
- Perform lead time checks and track overdue deliveries.
- Conduct regular reviews of supply reliability and delivery performance.
- Track POs against requested ship dates to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage risks related to excess stock, shelf life, and damages.
- Escalate and resolve overdue or critical PO issues with vendors and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in demand forecasting and sales data analysis.
- Skilled in supplier negotiations and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Project management experience with a focus on supply chain initiatives.
- Knowledge of supply chain KPIs and performance improvement strategies.
- Familiarity with supply chain software, ERP systems, and S&OP processes.
- Financial acumen for budgeting and cost management within supply chain operations.
At least 5 years in retail supply chain management and inventory optimization.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
