- Lead and manage one of the store departments with full control over KPIs and overall store performance.
- Develop and implement action plans to directly impact sales results.
- Foster a dynamic and engaging customer service environment.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the highest standards of store operations and customer satisfaction.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in team management.
- Experience in retail, preferably in cosmetics.
- Proficiency in managing sales KPIs.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and other languages is advantageous.
At least 1 year of experience in team management within the retail sector, preferably in cosmetics.
