Sephora Assistant Legal Counsel — Labour Relations (Apprenticeship)

- Support preparation and follow-up of employee representative body (IRP) meetings (CSE, CSSCT, RP): manage social calendar, issue convocations, compile meeting dossiers, conduct legal research and draft minutes.
- Draft and process formalities for filing and publication of company agreements; assist in rollout and monitoring of negotiated measures.
- Manage administrative tracking of representatives’ hours and travel expenses.
- Contribute to preparation of professional elections (2027).
- Assist HR business partners on individual labour-law-related casework and dossier management.
- Monitor developments in social/labour law and produce the monthly internal 'Minute sociale' for the France HR team.
- Participate in information sessions and workshops for HR managers and store operations; maintain select global reportings (e.g., labour inspector correspondence, CSE inspections and surveys).
- Enrolled in a Master’s-level programme (Bac+5) with a specialization in French labour law / social law.
- Highly organised, rigorous and proactive with strong interpersonal skills.
- Analytical thinker with sound synthesis abilities.
- Excellent written French and attention to orthography.
