Sephora Assistant Global Brand Marketing Manager Intern

1. Contribute to the development and monitoring of global marketing plans for a portfolio of international brands.
2. Participate in the co-creation of annual marketing plans in collaboration with Global Merchandising teams, brand partners, and regional teams.
3. Prepare and structure strategic work materials, including marketing plans, presentations, summaries, and benchmarks.
4. Assist in coordinating global marketing projects from strategic planning to deployment.
5. Track the progress of key initiatives and contribute to the consolidation of regional plans.
6. Facilitate communication and collaboration between Global teams, brand partners, and regional teams.
7. Analyze performance, market trends, and best practices to inform global strategic thinking.

1. Enrolled in a Master's program at a business school, university, or equivalent.
2. Fluent in English (required for this role).
3. Initial experience in brand marketing, consulting, or retail is a plus.
4. Strong interest in brand marketing, strategy, and international environments.
5. Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort in multicultural and demanding environments.
8. Genuine intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn alongside Global teams.

Beginner level experience, ideally with some exposure to brand marketing or campaigns in an international setting.

Master's degree in progress from a business school, university, or equivalent program.
