1. Coordinate the operational progress of various initiated projects.
2. Conduct precise performance analysis of marketing activities to establish and share best practices both centrally and locally.
3. Assist the Brand Marketing team in constructing launch reports.
4. Serve as a central point of contact for local teams to address alerts, transmit guidelines, gather feedback, and respond to inquiries.
5. Continuously monitor best practices within and outside Sephora's competitive landscape.

1. Final year business school internship
2. Strong interpersonal skills, rigor, organization, and analytical mindset
3. Knowledge of the beauty market and affinity for e-commerce preferred
4. Proficiency in Excel
5. Fluency in French (native) and English (advanced level)
