Sephora Assistant Demand & Supply Planner (Internship)

1. Process and validate customer orders from receipt through SAP entry, ensuring accuracy and timely progression to fulfilment.
2. Provide clients with visibility on upcoming stock availability and track pre‑orders and launches across destinations.
3. Support inventory monitoring for selected ranges, maintain and update stock‑projection tools and landing tools.
4. Maintain and improve distribution and inventory processes and related tools (e.g., stock projections, Anaplan inputs).
5. Track new product launches: confirm receipt, coordinate shipments to countries, centralize and escalate delay alerts, and secure launch quantities per market.
6. Coordinate internal seat/headquarter orders and act as point of contact for associated queries.
7. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for planning tools and processes; propose and test enhancements.
8. Escalate operational risks and provide regular reporting to demand & supply planning stakeholders.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 programme (engineering school, business school or university) with a specialisation in Supply Chain or equivalent.
2. Strong analytical aptitude with rigorous attention to data quality and detail.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
4. Advanced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; confident preparing presentations (PPT).
5. Interest in and ability to learn planning and BI tools rapidly (Power BI, Anaplan, SAP).
6. Prior exposure to supply chain operations or a previous internship in supply chain/logistics is a plus.
