Sephora Assistant Demand & Supply Planner (Internship)

- Process and validate customer orders from receipt through SAP entry, ensuring accuracy and timely progression to fulfilment.
- Provide clients with visibility on upcoming stock availability and track pre‑orders and launches across destinations.
- Support inventory monitoring for selected ranges, maintain and update stock‑projection tools and landing tools.
- Maintain and improve distribution and inventory processes and related tools (e.g., stock projections, Anaplan inputs).
- Track new product launches: confirm receipt, coordinate shipments to countries, centralize and escalate delay alerts, and secure launch quantities per market.
- Coordinate internal seat/headquarter orders and act as point of contact for associated queries.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for planning tools and processes; propose and test enhancements.
- Escalate operational risks and provide regular reporting to demand & supply planning stakeholders.
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 programme (engineering school, business school or university) with a specialisation in Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Strong analytical aptitude with rigorous attention to data quality and detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; confident preparing presentations (PPT).
- Interest in and ability to learn planning and BI tools rapidly (Power BI, Anaplan, SAP).
- Prior exposure to supply chain operations or a previous internship in supply chain/logistics is a plus.
