1. Support category managers in developing and managing skincare brand strategies in France.
2. Construct digital activation plans for skincare on e-store and app in collaboration with animation teams.
3. Implement brand action plans on the website and app.
4. Coordinate promotional tools such as purchase offers, samples, and boxes.
5. Define thematic assortments for site animations and newsletters.
6. Drive the skincare category action plan through CRM channels to enhance category attractiveness and omnichannel visibility.
7. Execute category-specific projects.
8. Conduct qualitative and quantitative reporting and analysis of the brand and commercial animations.
9. Provide improvement recommendations based on regular benchmarking of competitor sites, activations, and offers.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in business school or equivalent university program with a focus on marketing or commerce.
2. Dynamic, rigorous, and capable of taking initiative and working autonomously.

1. Excellent interpersonal skills and recognized for synthesis ability.
2. Interest in the beauty industry.
3. Previous marketing experience is an advantage.
