1. Support Category Managers in managing exclusive and selective makeup brands across 16 European countries.
2. Oversee makeup offerings through assortment analysis, performance evaluation, and planogram monitoring.
3. Facilitate the launch of new products, including referencing processes and forecasting.
4. Assist in cross-functional brand projects.
5. Analyze performance metrics of the brand, segments, and new launches to develop action plans to meet objectives.
6. Ensure effective communication with brands and European countries.

1. Currently pursuing or completed higher education in Business School or University program.
2. Fluent in English.

1. Excellent interpersonal skills and autonomy.
2. Initiative-taking ability.
3. Analytical mindset with strong organizational skills.
4. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.

Previous experience in operational marketing, category management, or commerce is preferred.

Pursuing or completed higher education in Business or related field.
