Sephora Assistant Category Manager Internship

1. Support Category Managers in brand management.
2. Oversee product offerings, including assortment analysis, performance evaluation, and planogram tracking.
3. Coordinate the launch of new products, including referencing processes and forecasting.
4. Develop and implement 360° marketing plans for brand launches, encompassing promotions, media, training, services, e-commerce, and CRM.
5. Assist in cross-functional projects related to brand offerings or promotions.
6. Analyze performance metrics of the brand, segments, and new products to develop actionable plans to meet objectives.
7. Facilitate communication with brands and European countries.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent university program (M1 or M2).

1. Strong interpersonal skills.
2. Attention to detail and organizational prowess.
3. Analytical mindset with persuasive abilities.
4. Familiarity with the beauty market and e-commerce.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Fluency in English and French.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or a related field.
