Sephora Assistant Category Manager Intern

1. Communicate autonomously with country category management teams to facilitate the implementation of launch plans and address inquiries.
2. Provide operational support for key activation programs such as sampling, GWP, and promotional sets in coordination with the supply chain.
3. Ensure data reliability and accuracy across internal documentation, including launch plans, product listings, forecasts, and assortments.
4. Share feedback and best practices with European countries.
5. Assist in adapting 360° activation plans and EU toolbox.
6. Coordinate with national partners to ensure the implementation and compliance of EU plans.
7. Manage communication with brands and European countries regarding new product launches, including listing and forecasting processes.
8. Analyze category performance and identify optimization opportunities.
9. Prepare monthly business reports for the EU region.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent university program (M1 or M2).

1. Strong interpersonal skills, rigor, organization, and analytical mindset.
2. Knowledge of the beauty market and affinity for e-commerce.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Fluency in English and French.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, suitable for students or recent graduates.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in business or a related field.
