Sephora Assistant Category Manager Intern

- Support the development of the Sephora Collection brand for the French market.
- Participate in the operational execution of the Sephora Collection in stores and online.
- Conduct weekly performance tracking of the three categories: Makeup, Skincare, and Haircare.
- Monitor promotional activities such as gifts with purchase, samples, and gift cards across retail and web channels.
- Manage the visibility plan for E-Stores and the App.
- Assist in assortment management, including new product listings and sales tracking.
- Contribute to reporting and analysis, both qualitative and quantitative.
- Aid in the preparation of internal presentations and seasonal events such as Mother's Day and Christmas.
- Facilitate store communication and manage feedback from stores.
- Draft weekly INSIDE messages for the store network.
- Pursuing a higher education degree in university or business school with a specialization in Marketing.
- Seeking an end-of-study or gap year internship.
- Previous experience in the beauty sector is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and initiative.
Beginner level experience in the beauty sector is preferred.
Higher education in university or business school, specializing in Marketing.
