Sephora Assistant Category Manager Intern

1. Support Category Managers in brand management.
2. Oversee product offerings including assortment analysis, performance evaluation, and planogram monitoring.
3. Facilitate the launch of new products through referencing and forecasting processes.
4. Contribute to the 360° marketing plan for brand launches, encompassing animations, media, training, services, e-commerce, and CRM.
5. Assist in cross-functional projects related to brand offerings or promotions.
6. Analyze brand, segment, and new product performance to implement action plans for achieving objectives.
7. Maintain communication with brands and European countries.

1. Enrollment in a business school or equivalent university program (M1 or M2).

1. Strong interpersonal skills, organizational acumen, and analytical mindset.
2. Familiarity with the beauty market and e-commerce.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Fluency in English and French.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in business or a related field.
