1. Support Category Managers in brand management.
2. Analyze assortments and performance metrics, and monitor planograms.
3. Coordinate the launch of new products, including referencing and forecasting.
4. Develop and implement 360° marketing plans for brand launches, covering animations, media, training, services, e-commerce, and CRM.
5. Assist in cross-functional projects related to brand offerings or animations.
6. Analyze performance of brands, segments, and new products to develop action plans for achieving objectives.
7. Facilitate communication with brands and European countries.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent university program (M1 or M2).

1. Strong interpersonal skills.
2. Attention to detail and organizational prowess.
3. Persuasive abilities and analytical mindset.
4. Familiarity with the beauty market and e-commerce.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Fluency in English and French.

No prior experience required; ideal for students or recent graduates.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or a related field.
