1. Monitor pricing positioning and margins through the development and maintenance of dashboards.
2. Contribute to the formulation of pricing and promotional strategies.
3. Assist in the development of decision-support tools for operational pricing and promotions management.
4. Analyze the impact of price changes, including uplifts, elasticities, and margin effects.
5. Evaluate the performance of promotional activities.
6. Conduct active competitive intelligence.
7. Perform ad hoc analyses as requested by the RGM and Offer departments and in close collaboration with Marketing, Finance, and Digital departments.

1. Enrollment in a higher education program at an engineering or business school.

1. Proficiency with numerical data and IT tools, particularly Excel.
2. Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in data and performance reports.
3. Passion for the beauty and retail industry with a strong desire to learn and engage in strategic projects.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
5. Knowledge of programming languages such as R, Python, and SQL, and familiarity with data analysis tools (Dataiku, Dataprep, Alteryx) and dashboard design tools (PowerBI, Datastudio, Tableau) is advantageous.

No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic projects or internships are beneficial.

Currently pursuing a degree in engineering or business.
