Sephora Assistant Brand CRM Project Manager

- Support the implementation of the Brand CRM plan across European markets and contribute to the omnichannel CRM strategy for partner brands.
- Coordinate closely with Strategic Marketing, Image and Data teams to develop digital assets and ensure seamless rollout of brand activation plans.
- Ensure local relevance and consistency of campaigns across markets by monitoring key performance indicators and adapting executions to local needs.
- Analyze CRM campaign performance and produce actionable recommendations to optimise engagement and conversion.
- Manage multiple project streams in a fast-paced, international environment while documenting processes and timelines for stakeholders.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's programme (business school or university) with a specialisation in Digital Marketing or Data Marketing.
- At least one successful prior internship or entry-level experience in CRM or data-driven marketing, ideally within retail, e‑commerce or agency environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English, with strong interpersonal abilities to liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Rigorous, agile and organised; able to manage competing priorities and deliver to tight deadlines.
- Strong numerical literacy with a willingness to deepen analytical capabilities; curious, creative and passionate about the beauty sector.

Entry-level/apprenticeship: candidate should be a Master’s student or equivalent with prior internship experience in CRM or marketing data preferred; comfortable operating in international retail or e‑commerce contexts.
Enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing or a closely related discipline.
