Sephora Asset Protection Team Lead

1. Serve as a trainer for new Loss Prevention Agents and assist in the development of existing Agents.
2. Collaborate with the District Loss Prevention Manager to detect internal theft and ensure adherence to Sephora Loss Prevention standards.
3. Support the hiring process and conduct OPEX Evaluations as required.
4. Assist stores with all Loss Prevention Programs and review exception reports to detect internal activity.
5. Act as a witness during internal interviews and prepare weekly Market and Agent recaps for the DLPM.
6. Organize and participate in quarterly shoplifting blitzes.
7. Conduct Store Tours with leadership teams, complete Store Tour Notes, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
8. Review and approve Agents' schedules within the assigned district.
9. Assist high shrink stores with inventory preparation.
10. Conduct Agent onboarding and attend District meetings and cast cluster trainings in the absence of the DLPM.

1. Minimum of 2 years of Loss Prevention experience in a retail environment.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.
3. Current licensing requirements as mandated by provincial or local jurisdiction.

2. Intermediate computer proficiency.
3. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
4. Capability to oversee a multi-store district.
5. Consistent and reliable attendance.
6. Adherence to Sephora's dress code policy.
7. Flexibility to accommodate various learning styles.
8. Leadership skills to maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Loss Prevention.

High School graduate or equivalent.
