1. Conduct on-site surveillance and utilize CCTV systems to identify, observe, and deter theft.
2. Adhere to all Sephora policies regarding arrests, seizures, and evidence preservation.
3. Prepare reports on theft incidents, merchandise recovery, accident investigations, and audits.
4. Testify in court for criminal or civil cases as required.
5. Provide loss prevention training to new hires and current employees.
6. Perform in-store audits and security inspections.
7. Assist store management with stock preparation and processes.
8. Collaborate with district loss prevention managers to develop and execute loss prevention plans.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in asset protection or loss prevention in retail.
2. Meet and maintain licensing requirements as per provincial or local authorities.
3. Possess strong oral and written communication skills, including listening and interviewing abilities.
4. Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.

2. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
3. Capability to work across multiple stores within a market.

Minimum 1 year of experience in asset protection or loss prevention within the retail sector.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation ranges from CAD 18.60 to CAD 23.25 per hour, with performance bonuses and a competitive benefits program.
