Sephora Asset Protection Partner

- Conduct on-site surveillance and utilize CCTV systems to identify, observe, and deter theft.
- Adhere to all Sephora policies regarding arrests, seizures, and evidence preservation.
- Prepare reports on theft incidents, merchandise recovery, accident investigations, and audits.
- Testify in court for criminal or civil cases as required.
- Provide loss prevention training to new hires and current employees.
- Perform in-store audits and security inspections.
- Assist store management with stock preparation and processes.
- Collaborate with district loss prevention managers to develop and execute loss prevention plans.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in asset protection or loss prevention in retail.
- Meet and maintain licensing requirements as per provincial or local authorities.
- Possess strong oral and written communication skills, including listening and interviewing abilities.
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Capability to work across multiple stores within a market.
Minimum 1 year of experience in asset protection or loss prevention within the retail sector.
High school diploma or equivalent.
