1. Protect store assets against theft and maintain operational controls to reduce shortage.
2. Conduct surveillance on the sales floor and utilize CCTV systems to deter theft.
3. Adhere to laws and Sephora policies regarding apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation.
4. Prepare reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
5. Develop professional relationships with internal partners, law enforcement, mall security, and other retailers.
6. Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases.
7. Provide new hire and continuous employee training on loss prevention awareness.
8. Conduct store self-audits, checklists, and safety inspections.
9. Assist with inventory preparation and process.
10. Partner with stores and District Loss Prevention Manager on shrinkage prevention plans.

1. 1 year of asset protection/loss prevention experience in a retail environment.
2. Satisfy and maintain all licensing requirements as required by province or local jurisdiction.
3. Strong written, verbal, interviewing, listening, and interpersonal communication skills.
4. Ability to maintain composure and provide effective coaching on loss prevention techniques.
5. Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
6. High School graduate or equivalent.
7. Availability to work flexible hours and days, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
8. Availability to work at multiple locations within a market.

CAD$19.70 - CAD$23.20/hr
