Sephora Asset Protection Partner

- Maintain a visible, proactive presence on the selling floor (approximately 75–80% of scheduled time) to deter theft and support client service.
- Monitor store activity using CCTV and reporting tools; identify, investigate and document suspected loss incidents.
- Execute audits, prepare asset protection reports and track shrink-reduction metrics in partnership with store leadership and the District Asset Protection Manager.
- Respond to incidents and de-escalate conflicts professionally while prioritizing safety and client experience.
- Collaborate with managers to align and implement shrink-reduction and safety initiatives across the location; support multiple stores as needed.
- Provide testimony or statements in legal proceedings when required and adhere to all asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail operations, loss prevention, asset protection, security, hospitality or related fields.
- Proven ability to conduct investigations and use CCTV and reporting tools to document incidents.
- Demonstrated conflict de-escalation and incident-response skills with excellent verbal communication.
- Solid understanding of retail operations, shrink drivers and loss-prevention strategies.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Minimum 3 years in retail operations, loss prevention, asset protection, security or related roles with demonstrable experience in shrink reduction, investigations and CCTV monitoring.
High school diploma or equivalent required; postsecondary training or certification in security, law enforcement or loss prevention preferred.
