Sephora Asset Protection Partner

Sephora is a global beauty retailer known for an extensive assortment of prestige cosmetics, skincare and fragrance. 1. Maintain a visible, proactive presence on the selling floor (approximately 75–80% of scheduled time) to deter theft and support client service.
2. Monitor store activity using CCTV and reporting tools; identify, investigate and document suspected loss incidents.
3. Execute audits, prepare asset protection reports and track shrink-reduction metrics in partnership with store leadership and the District Asset Protection Manager.
4. Respond to incidents and de-escalate conflicts professionally while prioritizing safety and client experience.
5. Collaborate with managers to align and implement shrink-reduction and safety initiatives across the location; support multiple stores as needed.
6. Provide testimony or statements in legal proceedings when required and adhere to all asset protection policies and licensing requirements.

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail operations, loss prevention, asset protection, security, hospitality or related fields.
2. Proven ability to conduct investigations and use CCTV and reporting tools to document incidents.
3. Demonstrated conflict de-escalation and incident-response skills with excellent verbal communication.
4. Solid understanding of retail operations, shrink drivers and loss-prevention strategies.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
6. Punctual, reliable, and able to meet the role's minimum weekly shift/hours requirement (30–40 hrs/week).

Minimum 3 years in retail operations, loss prevention, asset protection, security or related roles with demonstrable experience in shrink reduction, investigations and CCTV monitoring.

High school diploma or equivalent required; postsecondary training or certification in security, law enforcement or loss prevention preferred.
