1. Manage comprehensive expense reports in Concur, ensuring policy compliance, correct documentation attachment, and appropriate accounting coding.
2. Process and reconcile employee reimbursements and corporate cards, ensuring timely and accurate processing while resolving discrepancies in Concur.
3. Provide user support and training on Concur and expense policies, generating detailed reports for budget control and financial analysis.
4. Maintain and update leasing contracts for Sephora properties, ensuring accurate records for stores, offices, and warehouses.
5. Verify and process monthly rental invoices, ensuring accuracy according to contracts, timely payment, and correct cost center allocation.
6. Calculate and apply annual rent adjustments, manage communication with landlords, and maintain control over guarantees and deposits related to leases.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Mandatory)
2. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (Preferred)
3. Over 1 year of experience in similar roles

1. Proficiency in Excel and SAP
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
