Sephora Accounts Payable Analyst

Sephora, a distinguished brand under the Selective Distribution division, is renowned for its innovative approach to beauty retail. 1. Manage comprehensive expense reports in Concur, ensuring compliance with company policies, proper document attachment, and accurate accounting coding.
2. Process and reconcile employee reimbursements and corporate cards, ensuring timely and precise transactions while resolving discrepancies in Concur.
3. Provide user support and training on Concur and expense policies, and generate detailed reports for budget control and financial analysis.
4. Maintain and update a detailed record of all lease contracts for Sephora properties, including stores, offices, and warehouses.
5. Verify and process monthly rental invoices, ensuring accuracy according to contracts, timely payment, and correct cost center allocation.
6. Calculate and apply annual rent adjustments, manage communication with landlords to resolve discrepancies, and maintain control of guarantees and deposits related to leases.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting (mandatory)
2. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (preferred)

2. Strong analytical and organizational skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles.
