Ruinart Intern - Internal Communication & Public Relations

- Coordinate and track daily press requests in France, including press insertions, visuals, shopping, and shootings.
- Assist in organizing press events in France, such as press trips to Reims, artistic collaborations, and cuvée launches.
- Organize and coordinate team activities, including managing wine stocks and POSM.
- Monitor the press budget, including quotes and purchase orders.
- Analyze French and international press coverage, compiling and analyzing monthly results.
- Create reports for top management, including press reviews and activity summaries linked to market performance.
- Update the French and international press space on ruinart.com.
- Contribute to the creation and distribution of press newsletters and press releases.
- Participate in the creation and dissemination of internal communication materials, such as newsletters and internal magazines.
- Update journalist and VIP contact files.
- Track editorial schedules.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in business school with a specialization in communication, or equivalent university or communication school.
- Previous significant internship experience in marketing or communication.
- Strong writing skills and proficiency in English (reading, speaking, and writing).
- Proactive, autonomous, organized, responsible, with a team spirit and strong interpersonal skills.
- Creativity, aesthetic sense, and sensitivity to luxury and brand image.
Entry-level, suitable for individuals with previous internship experience in marketing or communication.
Pursuing a Master's degree in business, communication, or a related field.
