- Support the Digital Activations Project Manager in website development and CRM activities.
- Create and integrate editorial content for the Maison's institutional website using Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Collaborate with markets to enhance visibility of their news and updates.
- Coordinate with the Image Department for new photo shoots.
- Propose website improvements and oversee development progress.
- Conduct testing of website updates prior to launch.
- Generate reports using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
- Optimize SEO and develop copywriting guidelines.
- Implement the international annual CRM plan and share it with markets.
- Prepare newsletters, including writing, personalization, segmentation, and A/B testing.
- Collect data across customer touchpoints and educate internal teams and partners.
- Propose enhancements to customer and prospect journeys, including retention mechanisms.
- Monitor monthly KPIs and improve existing dashboards.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis.
- Assist in project management for brand events and product launches, such as new vintages or artistic sponsorships.
- Master's degree in progress, preferably in business or digital marketing.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Creativity and strong writing and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with Photoshop and Adobe Suite is advantageous.
- Brand sensitivity and result-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Curiosity, autonomy, diplomacy, and attention to detail.
- Interest in art, gastronomy, and oenology.
