1. Support the Digital Activations Project Manager in website development and CRM activities.
2. Create and integrate editorial content for the Maison's institutional website using Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
3. Collaborate with markets to enhance visibility of their news and updates.
4. Coordinate with the Image Department for new photo shoots.
5. Propose website improvements and oversee development progress.
6. Conduct testing of website updates prior to launch.
7. Generate reports using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
8. Optimize SEO and develop copywriting guidelines.
9. Implement the international annual CRM plan and share it with markets.
10. Prepare newsletters, including writing, personalization, segmentation, and A/B testing.
11. Collect data across customer touchpoints and educate internal teams and partners.
12. Propose enhancements to customer and prospect journeys, including retention mechanisms.
13. Monitor monthly KPIs and improve existing dashboards.
14. Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis.
15. Assist in project management for brand events and product launches, such as new vintages or artistic sponsorships.

1. Master's degree in progress, preferably in business or digital marketing.
2. Fluency in French and English.
