Rossimoda Shoes Industrial Director

Rossimoda serves as CELINE's industrial platform for the development and production of footwear, embodying a legacy of passion, meticulous craftsmanship, and luxury. CELINE, established in 1945 by Céline Vipiana, is a prestigious French brand under the LVMH Group, renowned for its excellence in the luxury fashion sector. 1. Develop and implement strategic plans to support sales growth for Maison CELINE and other LVMH Fashion Group brands.
2. Manage prototyping, development, industrialization, production, and delivery processes to ensure timely market entry of collections.
3. Lead external manufacturing strategies and ensure supplier compliance with LVMH Code of Conduct.
4. Contribute to the Eco Design strategy to meet LVMH Group's CSR objectives.
5. Oversee and develop Rossimoda teams, ensuring the continuity of internal expertise.
6. Collaborate with the industrial footwear management committee and lead approximately 215 team members across Italy and Romania.
7. Work closely with the Industrial Director, studio, and product teams at Maison CELINE headquarters.

1. Academic background in engineering, economics, or equivalent.

2. Strong business acumen and solution-oriented mindset.
3. Leadership and team management.
4. Proficiency in planning, organization, and project management.
5. Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in French is advantageous.

Over 20 years of industrial experience, including at least 3 years in a senior role as an Industrial Director or equivalent, preferably within a luxury brand or high-end footwear segment.

Academic background in engineering, economics, or equivalent.
