1. Manage and organize the workload of the production team in alignment with production plans, ensuring expected efficiency levels are met.
2. Supervise all assembly phases, ensuring adherence to company quality standards.
3. Participate proactively in daily and weekly update meetings, fostering synergy with production colleagues.
4. Actively collaborate in continuous improvement projects, ensuring effective implementation.
5. Support product development during the sample phase.
6. Work synergistically with Industrialization and Quality departments to manage production and process issues.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within modern, structured footwear manufacturing environments, with a focus on high-end sneaker production.
2. Strong technical knowledge and competence in sneaker assembly for both men and women.
3. Proven team management skills.
4. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
5. Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, proactivity, and innovation.
6. Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
