1. Federal Trainer Certificate or equivalent qualification in the field of training.

2. Proficiency in instructional design tools and methods for adult education.
3. Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
4. Attention to detail, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
5. Preference for collaborative work and knowledge sharing.
6. Proactive, innovative, and autonomous in work organization.

Extensive experience in corporate training and adult education.

Federal Trainer Certificate or equivalent qualification.
