Rolex Training Operations Manager

- Lead, coordinate and develop a team of maîtres d’apprentissage responsible for vocational training in industrial trades.
- Create and sustain a collaborative environment that promotes clear communication, trust and team cohesion.
- Manage operational aspects of the training centre including capital investments, infrastructure, production means and tooling.
- Ensure compliance with legal ordinances and prescribed training plans and maintain accurate reporting and information flows.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vocational training stakeholders and promote the professions at relevant events.
- Identify and support the launch of new apprenticeship tracks and align priorities with internal and external partners.
- Drive entity performance using operational management tools and metrics to optimise training outcomes.
- HES degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent engineering qualification.
- Swiss Federal VET Certificate (CFC) considered an asset.
- Proven leadership with at least 5 years’ experience managing teams within an industrial environment.
- Demonstrated project-management capability, particularly for investment projects.
- Solid knowledge of the Swiss vocational training system and its regulatory framework.
- Strong communicator, pedagogical, empathetic and exemplary personal conduct.
- High levels of discretion, organisation and professional commitment.

Confirmed experience of team management with more than five years working in an industrial environment, including responsibility for vocational or technical training programmes and investment-related projects.
HES Engineer (Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent; CFC (Swiss Federal VET Certificate) is a plus.
