Rolex Tooling & Stamping Setup Technician

1. Prepare, set up and commission presses and tooling for qualification of new products and processes
2. Develop and validate new tooling and manufacturing methods for production readiness

1. HES Engineer, ES Technician in microtechnology or equivalent technical diploma
2. Strong knowledge of stamping (presswork) techniques and mechanical principles
3. Proven experience in material forming and press/tooling setup
4. Autonomous, well organised, rigorous and team-oriented
5. Effective problem-solving skills and ability to communicate with multidisciplinary stakeholders
