Rolex Tooling & Stamping Setup Technician

- Prepare, set up and commission presses and tooling for qualification of new products and processes
- Develop and validate new tooling and manufacturing methods for production readiness
- Document commissioning outcomes and produce formal technical reports
- Write user guides and setup sheets (adjustment records) for production teams
- Provide technical support to production and participate in continuous improvement projects
- Preserve and formalize best practices and know‑how through documentation and training
- HES Engineer, ES Technician in microtechnology or equivalent technical diploma
- Strong knowledge of stamping (presswork) techniques and mechanical principles
- Proven experience in material forming and press/tooling setup
- Autonomous, well organised, rigorous and team-oriented
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to communicate with multidisciplinary stakeholders
