Rolex Technical Specialist - Machining

- Develop machining processes for new materials and assist in resolving complex machinability issues.
- Prepare and conduct machinability tests on milling machines and dynamic milling machines, focusing on coatings, cutting conditions, tool geometry, and force measurement.
- Program and operate machining and measurement equipment within a dedicated R&D equipment cell, including CNC equipment, instrumented fixtures, and 3D scanning.
- Propose instrumentation strategies to enhance understanding of machining processes.
- Analyze and identify potential root causes in problematic production situations, such as premature tool wear, high cycle times, and aesthetic variability.
- Process, interpret, and present the results obtained from tests and analyses.
- CFC in mechanics, micromechanics, or equivalent training, with additional training in milling.
- Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in a milling reference role within precision mechanics.
- Knowledge of CNC programming is advantageous.
- Keen interest in exploring new machining approaches.
- Proactive, dynamic, and autonomous with strong teamwork skills.
- Rigorous and methodical approach.
- Strong client orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
A minimum of 5 years of confirmed experience in a milling reference role within precision mechanics is required.
CFC in mechanics, micromechanics, or equivalent training, with additional training in milling.
