5. Validate the transition to mass production of new products with the project team.
6. Ensure effective coordination between project respondents, operations technicians, industrialization, and scheduling.
7. Represent the sector in new product and after-sales service forums.
8. Facilitate communication with management.
9. Implement rigorous monitoring of qualification manufacturing orders in the workshop in collaboration with scheduling.
10. Lead project forums within the sector.

1. Technical ES degree or Engineer in Microtechnology.
2. Initial experience in the industrial sector required.

2. Pronounced team spirit, attentive, and rigorous.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Experience in watchmaking and project management is an asset.
5. Ability to take a step back on complex projects and workflows.

Initial experience in the industrial sector is required.
