1. University degree in Computer Science (Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent).
2. Minimum of 6 years of confirmed experience in software development, particularly in Java and Web environments.
3. Excellent command of backend Java development (Spring, Spring Boot).
4. Solid experience in frontend development with Vue.js and/or React.js frameworks.
5. Good knowledge of relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases.
6. Deep understanding of modern software architectures (SOA, microservices, cloud services).
7. Proficiency in continuous integration and deployment tools (Gitlab CI, Docker, Kubernetes).
8. Experience in cloud environments (GCP preferred).
9. Good practice of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
10. Professional proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
11. Strong autonomy in problem-solving, rigor, and initiative.
12. Proven experience in technical management and developer support.
13. Team spirit, interpersonal skills, and a keen sense of discretion.
