Rolex Tech Lead - Software Development

- Analyze business team requirements and propose suitable and sustainable technical solutions.
- Actively participate in software development by providing technical expertise.
- Supervise, support, and validate developments carried out by external teams, ensuring quality and compliance with defined standards.
- Assist project managers in tracking deliverables and managing technical priorities.
- Maintain and enhance existing solutions to ensure their robustness and performance over time.
- University degree in Computer Science (Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 6 years of confirmed experience in software development, particularly in Java and Web environments.
- Excellent command of backend Java development (Spring, Spring Boot).
- Solid experience in frontend development with Vue.js and/or React.js frameworks.
- Good knowledge of relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases.
- Deep understanding of modern software architectures (SOA, microservices, cloud services).
- Proficiency in continuous integration and deployment tools (Gitlab CI, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience in cloud environments (GCP preferred).
- Good practice of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Professional proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong autonomy in problem-solving, rigor, and initiative.
- Proven experience in technical management and developer support.
- Team spirit, interpersonal skills, and a keen sense of discretion.
