Rolex System Engineer

1. Ensure daily administration, stability, performance and security of production systems.
2. Design and implement monitoring, alerting and automation solutions to guarantee system availability.
3. Lead configuration evolution, automation of deployments and infrastructure improvements.
4. Participate in evaluation and deployment of new technical solutions, including authoring and maintaining documentation.
5. Resolve complex incidents and perform Level 3 troubleshooting in heterogeneous, high-availability environments.
6. Participate in on-call rotation to support 24/7 operational continuity.

1. Higher education degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent (Bachelor’s/Master’s).
2. Fluent French and English, both written and spoken.
3. Minimum 10 years of proven experience in a similar systems or infrastructure engineering role.
4. Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting complex, heterogeneous production environments.
5. Solid knowledge of ITIL processes and associated tools; awareness of information security principles.
6. Methodical, rigorous, customer-oriented with strong service mindset and resilience under pressure.

Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in systems/infrastructure engineering with responsibility for administration, automation and high-availability operations; demonstrated track record resolving Level 3 incidents and implementing automation and monitoring at scale.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
