2. Proven experience in industrial washing, preferably in the watchmaking or jewelry sector.

1. Proficiency in various washing techniques (detergent, solvent, plasma preparation, etc.) and knowledge of detergent supplier networks.
2. Autonomy and strong analytical and synthesis skills.
3. Natural leadership and pedagogical skills to motivate and unite a team.
4. Demonstrated organizational skills.

Proven experience in industrial washing, ideally within the watchmaking or jewelry industry.
