Rolex Supply Planner

- Develop and maintain supply plans for assigned product flows by consolidating internal requirements and external partner capacities.
- Monitor execution of supply plans and maintain an up-to-date order portfolio to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Communicate activity forecasts to external suppliers and coordinate the recording of their scheduling decisions.
- Contribute to allocation and capacity-distribution strategies across production flows.
- Support the phased introduction and industrialization of new products and processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a technical university, HES (University of Applied Sciences) or equivalent (EPFL or similar preferred).
- Previous professional experience in a supply chain, production planning or materials management role is preferred.
- Proven proficiency with an ERP system and standard office productivity tools.
- Strong analytical aptitude, autonomy and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, clear communicator and able to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.

Professional experience in a supply chain, production planning or logistics function is desirable; practical exposure to coordinating external manufacturing partners is an advantage.
Degree from a university, EPFL-level engineering school or HES (University of Applied Sciences) in engineering, supply chain, logistics or a related discipline.
