Rolex Supply Chain Manager

1. Manage sales administration including order entry and tracking in SAP, and ensure data reliability and updates.
2. Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to streamline interactions and follow up on requests.
3. Monitor sales administration performance through KPIs, analyze results, and communicate feedback to relevant teams to achieve set objectives.
4. Handle customer disputes and complaints, contributing to their resolution and implementing necessary corrective actions.
5. Lead supply chain optimization projects by mapping processes, identifying issues, proposing improvements, and overseeing their implementation.
6. Implement digitalization of processes by gathering requirements, participating in tool/solution deployment, testing, training, and post-deployment follow-up.

1. Degree in Commerce or Supply Chain Management.
2. Experience in sales administration or supply chain roles, preferably in an SAP environment.

1. Excellent analytical skills (proficiency in Excel, Powerquery, Python is a plus).
2. Strong interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on communication and customer service.
3. Proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
4. Autonomous, meticulous, and comfortable working in a team environment.
5. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written; Spanish is an advantage.

Experience in sales administration or supply chain roles, preferably in an SAP environment.

Degree in Commerce or Supply Chain Management.
