Rolex Supply Chain Manager

- Manage sales administration including order entry and tracking in SAP, and ensure data reliability and updates.
- Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to streamline interactions and follow up on requests.
- Monitor sales administration performance through KPIs, analyze results, and communicate feedback to relevant teams to achieve set objectives.
- Handle customer disputes and complaints, contributing to their resolution and implementing necessary corrective actions.
- Lead supply chain optimization projects by mapping processes, identifying issues, proposing improvements, and overseeing their implementation.
- Implement digitalization of processes by gathering requirements, participating in tool/solution deployment, testing, training, and post-deployment follow-up.
- Degree in Commerce or Supply Chain Management.
- Experience in sales administration or supply chain roles, preferably in an SAP environment.
- Excellent analytical skills (proficiency in Excel, Powerquery, Python is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on communication and customer service.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
- Autonomous, meticulous, and comfortable working in a team environment.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written; Spanish is an advantage.
Experience in sales administration or supply chain roles, preferably in an SAP environment.
Degree in Commerce or Supply Chain Management.
