1. Conduct audits of suppliers to support and enhance their performance.
2. Develop and manage an audit plan in collaboration with all stakeholders.
3. Provide methodological support on quality tools and processes available to suppliers.
4. Ensure effective and smooth communication with all involved contributors.
5. Collaborate closely with the supplier inspection team.
6. Work jointly with suppliers on root cause analysis and implementation of corrective measures for complex issues.
7. Utilize statistics and data analysis to refine decision-making processes.
8. Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at continuous improvement.
9. Develop and adjust quality tools to meet user expectations.

1. Engineering degree with a focus on quality or business management.
2. Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in Supplier Quality Assurance.
3. Strong background as an auditor.

1. Excellent understanding of business operations.
2. Proven mastery of quality tools and methodologies such as 8D, Ishikawa, FMEA, QRQC, SPC, and audit techniques.
3. Marked rigor, analytical mindset, and autonomy.
4. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. High adaptability, availability, and strong team spirit.
6. Leadership in group facilitation and a pronounced sense of customer service.
7. Mobility for frequent travel, including multi-day trips.

A minimum of 5 years in Supplier Quality Assurance with a strong auditing background is required.

Engineering degree with a focus on quality or business management.
