- Conduct audits of suppliers to support and enhance their performance.
- Develop and manage an audit plan in collaboration with all stakeholders.
- Provide methodological support on quality tools and processes available to suppliers.
- Ensure effective and smooth communication with all involved contributors.
- Collaborate closely with the supplier inspection team.
- Work jointly with suppliers on root cause analysis and implementation of corrective measures for complex issues.
- Utilize statistics and data analysis to refine decision-making processes.
- Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at continuous improvement.
- Develop and adjust quality tools to meet user expectations.
- Engineering degree with a focus on quality or business management.
- Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in Supplier Quality Assurance.
- Strong background as an auditor.
- Excellent understanding of business operations.
- Proven mastery of quality tools and methodologies such as 8D, Ishikawa, FMEA, QRQC, SPC, and audit techniques.
- Marked rigor, analytical mindset, and autonomy.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High adaptability, availability, and strong team spirit.
- Leadership in group facilitation and a pronounced sense of customer service.
- Mobility for frequent travel, including multi-day trips.
A minimum of 5 years in Supplier Quality Assurance with a strong auditing background is required.
Engineering degree with a focus on quality or business management.
