1. Ensure the robustness and functionality of components through various assembly processes, both automatic and manual.
2. Provide manufacturing ranges and machine programs for new products and series life.
3. Participate in the acquisition of new production equipment.
4. Provide technical support to production teams.
5. Maintain and formalize reference states and know-how.
6. Contribute to the strategic planning and implementation in production.
7. Engage in continuous improvement strategies.

1. Technician ES diploma, Bachelor HES, or equivalent in microtechnology, automation, or industrial systems.

1. Proficiency in mechanics, automation, programming, vision, and/or special machine parameterization.
2. Experience in diagnosing and resolving special machine malfunctions (an advantage).
3. Technical expertise in brazing and welding processes (an advantage).
4. Knowledge of industrial and/or watchmaking manufacturing methods.
5. Analytical and synthesis skills, with a proactive approach and field orientation.
6. Strong communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
7. Autonomy, rigor, proactivity, strong team spirit, and interpersonal skills.

Experience in diagnosing and resolving special machine malfunctions is advantageous.
