Rolex Special Machines and Assembly Processes Engineer

- Ensure the robustness and functionality of components through various assembly, engraving, welding, and brazing processes, both automatic and manual.
- Contribute expertise and industry insight in the acquisition of new production means, including drafting technical specifications and solutions.
- Develop manufacturing ranges and machine programs for new products and series production.
- Provide training and technical support to method technicians within the field.
- Maintain reference states and formalize expertise and know-how.
- Propose and implement strategic initiatives within the production process.
- Lead and facilitate technical feasibility studies.
- Engineering degree in automation, mechanics, microtechnology, or industrial systems.
- In-depth knowledge of assembly processes and multi-disciplinary skills (mechanics, automation, programming, vision, etc.).
- Experience in various industrial and/or watchmaking manufacturing processes.
- Ability to unite teams around a business strategy and document industry rules and best practices.
- Experience in technical documentation management within an industrial environment, particularly using PLM systems.
- Technical expertise in brazing and welding processes is an advantage.
- Analytical and synthesis skills, proactive and field-oriented.
- Demonstrated communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
Experience in several industrial manufacturing processes, particularly in the watchmaking sector, is required.
Engineering degree in automation, mechanics, microtechnology, or industrial systems.
