1. Perform polishing and satin-finishing of watch cases and bracelets returned for service, ensuring adherence to original finish standards.
2. Conduct rigorous self-inspections and precise checks to maintain uncompromising quality according to defined criteria.
3. Execute washing and cleaning operations on various components, preserving material brilliance and durability.
4. Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of performance indicators.

1. CFC in watch casing finishing or equivalent qualification.
2. Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a service workshop.

1. Proficiency in using industry-related computer systems.
2. Manual dexterity, precision, meticulousness, and finesse in task execution.
3. Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
4. Customer-oriented, with excellent listening skills, open-mindedness, rigor, and organizational skills.
5. Consistency, diligence, autonomy, strong team spirit, versatility, and flexibility.

Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a service workshop.
