Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process for apprentices, from job posting to contract signing.
  • Manage HR operations and monitor the progress of Fribourg-based apprentices, collaborating closely with authorities and internal and external partners.
  • Implement HR processes and coordinate activities with the Geneva Training Center, ensuring information sharing and alignment of practices.
  • Engage in various HR projects and lead initiatives for continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Organize and participate in promotional and recruitment activities for apprenticeships in the Fribourg region.
  • Perform operational tasks and ensure the reliability of administrative processes related to apprentice management.

Qualifications

  • University degree, HES, or Federal Diploma in Human Resources.
  • Possession of a CFC and/or training in communication is an asset.
  • Proven experience in recruitment and HR management.
  • Excellent understanding of the Swiss education system.
  • Knowledge of key Fribourg training partners and cantonal specifics.

Skills

Organizational and flexible, capable of working autonomously and in teams. Strong interpersonal skills, courtesy, listening ability, and exemplary positive attitude.

Experience

Confirmed experience in recruitment and HR management, particularly within the Swiss education system.

Education

University degree, HES, or Federal Diploma in Human Resources.
