1. Ensure the finishing of watch cases and bracelets adheres to original finishes and quality standards.
2. Disassemble, assemble, and clean cases and bracelets in compliance with established procedures.
3. Apply polishing, satin-finishing, and brightening techniques on steel and precious metals.
4. Serve as the technical reference to support and guide the team.
5. Monitor productivity objectives and ensure their achievement.
6. Guarantee the quality and excellence of completed work.
7. Maintain traceability of operations and update production tracking using digital tools.
8. Collaborate with a dedicated team in a structured and demanding work environment.

1. CFC in Finishing or equivalent qualification.

1. Proficiency in polishing techniques: sanding, felting, lapping, polishing, satin-finishing, and brightening on steel, gold, and platinum cases and bracelets.
2. Familiarity with common computer tools.
3. Collaborative spirit and ability to share expertise.
4. Contribute to collective improvement through professional expertise.
5. Proficiency in English is an advantage.
