Rolex Service Finisher and Workshop Coordinator

- Ensure the finishing of watch cases and bracelets adheres to original finishes and quality standards.
- Disassemble, assemble, and clean cases and bracelets in compliance with established procedures.
- Apply polishing, satin-finishing, and brightening techniques on steel and precious metals.
- Serve as the technical reference to support and guide the team.
- Monitor productivity objectives and ensure their achievement.
- Guarantee the quality and excellence of completed work.
- Maintain traceability of operations and update production tracking using digital tools.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team in a structured and demanding work environment.
- CFC in Finishing or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in polishing techniques: sanding, felting, lapping, polishing, satin-finishing, and brightening on steel, gold, and platinum cases and bracelets.
- Familiarity with common computer tools.
- Collaborative spirit and ability to share expertise.
- Contribute to collective improvement through professional expertise.
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
